Diary of a Third World Fashionista

Diary of a Third World Fashionista blog
La Ceiba isn’t exactly a fashion capital. Therefore, “Diary of a Third World Fashionista” isn’t your typical style blog. My love for fashion began in my grandma’s closet and ever since then I spend hours dissecting fashion magazines and attending sewing courses in government institutes trying to make the most of the few resources my country offers.

Diary of a Third World Fashionista blogOn this blog I share my challenges as I open up a sewing shop, my fabulous finds in second hand/thrift shops, the funny reactions from people when they notice my clothes don’t match on purpose and the unexpected places I get my inspiration from (from Central Park to nearby towns). It is simply a personal escape in which I try to remind myself that all I have to do is be constant in fighting for a dream and enjoying the obstacles while I’m at it. I do this all light-heartedly and, obviously, in 5-inch heels.
